This machine is suitable for efficient cleaning and grading of all crops such as Cereal Seeds, Vegetable Seeds, Oil Seeds, Pulses, Forestry Seeds like Wheat, Paddy, Maize, Bajra, Peas, Urd, Moong, Gram, Soyabean, Sunflower, Mustard, Jawar, Barley and Coffee Seeds etc. It is also suitable for cleaning and grading of spices like Cardamom, Cumin and pepper.

Working:

Material is fed into a feed hopper where they are evenly distributed by a feed roller and dropped through a controlled gate on the top sieve. Before falling on top screen, grain are subjected to primary aspiration which drains off chaff, straw, dust etc. Material is then passed through screen for separation according to width and thickness. Final product and impurities are collected separately through discharge chutes.

Bucket elevators are designed to move flowing powders, seeds, pulses, cereals or bulk solids vertically. Bucket elevators use an endless belt or chain and have a series of buckets attached to it. Bulk material is spread in to an inlet hopper. Buckets dig into the material an convey it up and over the head sprocket/pulley and then throw the material out a discharge throat.
